um the 29th is the 4th week of December I believe hold out until then and enjoy the holiday times in the meanwhile it's win win the PepsiCo way

I took the vrp a year ago. When I left, things were escalating quickly in the wrong direction. I stay tuned, to see just how bad it’s gotten. It actually makes me feel better about my decision. I hope the folks that want the vrp get it.
@nr all these people who took VRP and preach being in a better place, why come back and troll these posts? Just wondering.
@db which units in S&T are affected? There’s a lot of noise happening in the corridors but little actual intel where FTEs will be reduced?
@nn Not true. If they get the email, they'll reach out to everyone. That's the way it happened back in 2023.
I took the vrp in 2024. The email saying I had the option, along with the other 5 people at my plant all received the email. It was in the afternoon while we were all working. Nobody sent an email telling us to work from home. Maybe hq
but not distribution centers. So much better off that I took it and escaped the toxic environment. When we were privately owned it was such a better place

I’m immunizing myself against this perpetual nightmare of a corporation. Going on eight years here and it’s clear this place is toxic and would offshore everything if it could. Interview on Tuesday with a more stable company. Salary is lateral or slightly above but the biggest boost in compensation irrespective, if I get the position, will be exiting this vile company for good.
@fa yeah at this point it's literally either tomorrow night or next Sunday night. Term letters and severance are all loaded and ready cuz HR would have it done before the holiday anyway, nothing gets done over holidays from them.
The people that do know will not go into that much detail. Everyone knows payroll has shrunk to almost nothing. It will surely go away completely at some point.

Rumor is actually Dec 8th... 2026 Financials for PEP start that day if im not mistaken so would align to the rumor try take as much off the books at the start.

If 1st week of December is the week, fact, email invites will go out Sunday evening. Around 5-8 pm. That's the legacy playbook.
