Is there any way to get it in multiple payments? I'm asking because of the taxes.

@ad I was thinking we get paid in December but it’s January? That’s great news I was worried about bigger tax implications for this year !
It can only be paid as a lump sum. It will be paid in January 2026. It is taxed at supplemental which for most people is 22% federal withholdong so changing your tax elections won't make a difference.
Severance is all at once, update pre-tax contributions if you can to lessen tax implications
If I had a g-n to my head and had to list out the top 100 places to ask this question I don’t think the anonymous layoff site would make the list
