Anyone else hearing from leadership that another 5K round is planned in March post the reorganization across new leaders. Supposedly, this new transformation leadership is being asked to find efficiencies through downsizing targets.

First Q4 results will be analyzed. Jan 4/5
Secondly RTO will be instituted by our CHRO that has a selfie on People being our asset. So why keep asset at their home. Bring it to VZ everyday.
Then assessment shall be made how many leave on their own due to RTO and how many more to cut in March
And that is how the cookie shall crumble.

Doubtful they know the numbers but a transformation office is indicative of cuts in operating spend and reorganization

I wonder if they are going to require frontier to downsize before they close on the transaction. I mean frontier has close to 15k employees and also uses overseas vendors.
