This is a joke. If this dont put a fire under you hit the pavement harder to get out. Nothing will. Also I think the stain of this place on a resume will hurt your chances as well.
I would look elsewhere. They are downsizing as fast as possible. Internal promo is 0-6 percent historically. If your over 50 percent in pay range expect 0.
You have to stay in your position for 1 year before moving elsewhere. Good luck getting promoted internally. And if you go from 1 pay grade to the other there is NO bump in pay.
