ATT’s Assistance programs are an absolute joke. Going through IVF is already a headache and then when you submit a claim a few months past their arbitrary deadline (even with receipts) it’s denied. Been nothing but loyal to the company since I’ve been here. They don’t even advertise these programs either. You have to click through 20 different HROneStop links to even know they exist.

That was your first and biggest mistake!
Stank only recently verbalized his position on denouncing loyalty. However, he has shown that position since he replaced Randall. Specifically his systematic attack on the 50+ age segment of his workforce.
Now that it hit’s closer to home, for the younger crowd, they are surprised about the companies lack of support, empathy etc.
Several years ago, there was the “You Matter” campaign. It has been rebranded for 2025/2026 to be “You DON’T Matter”!

The ones Stink really likes are the ones that provide a benefit that you can get cheaper anywhere else. Like the retiree cell discounts that you can get cheaper at TMOB for retail that the Toxic-T discount.
