Sad. I need to pay my mortgage and my kids college tituion and job market is aweful. what do you expect?

I am relieved honestly. The place was toxic. I was planning to leave next year. I am happy I got paid to leave. I can now focus on job search.
I am anxious for the timing of this event though. It’s hard to find opportunities at this time of the year.
