It was a joke. Read the link. The guy publicly called out Martin for poor performance. It was priceless, especially in contrast to the prior brown noser comments kissing his tookus.

Kyndryl is a publicly traded stock and a new CEO would need to formally announced with a Press Release. That said, Martin is 61 year olds. So stay tuned.
