Customer facing = Safe

This is just my view.

Customer facing roles = Safe
Operational / Back office / Marketing = Not
Mid-Level Reporting / Your job can easily be automated = Not
Band 6 and above (5 to C-Wing) = Nope

Not safe means up to 25-40% reduction.

16 more days and we will know.

@cw Ha ..yeah the creation of the internet and dial up modems , 8 jobs a day ..12 hours a day 7 days a week...forced O.T....under the guise of a declared "emergency".. You were probably in your diapers worrying that you were going to grow up and get a gang with more than 20 people in it.

@OP Years ago the bell companies used to operate with 40 people in each gang.... Now they're telling the CEO that a 22 person gang is way too many?

Not correct. The close corporate stores and convert them to Indirect locations all the time. Verizon outsources everything
