IT seems to be the focus right now. That seems to be where these companies who sell out Americans start, But Accounting and customer support are also big targets for offshored workers. I saw a story about some restaurants in NYC using "Zoom cashiers" from the Philippines to ring people up. So you literally have a person on a computer screen 1000s of miles away interacting with customers. Sounds ridiculous, but something a flashy salesman can sell to low intellect/low performing "decision makes" eager to pat themselves on the back for "saving a buck".
