Has anyone heard any actual news about raises? I know they normally don’t say anything until closer to December, but sometimes people had info earlier in years past.

I’ve never heard of anyone finding out raises before December
No raises for people below me, only for myself since I am still underpaid.
So a 3% raise for people who worked hard and did a great job. That is pretty tough and will make it hard to keep wanting to outwork my coworkers. If you don’t give people an incentive to work hard there is no reason to work hard.
Search the site. Many posts recently. Approved budget 4% of SWB in US. Similar to last year. Raises spread across. Depending on if you have room in your salary curve, expect no raise for NI, at or below inflation (3% for E and O. Higher amounts for people low on their curve. +5% for promotions, per usual.
kltc will get around 25 - 30% from what iheard..not sure with btc..
I heard it will be 15% on average for the US. BTCs will get closer to 25%.
Ok then I will get a 10 percent raise is that what you want(not). I know what I will get which is nothing like many of the others in my boat. I can only speak for what I will get and it is the truth.

Yes I know my raise this year. It will be zero just like last year and the year before. I am over 50 so there is no reason for the evil exxon to give me shi t. My ranking is dropping to nsi and they are getting me ready for the door.
