The wealthy leaving New York and hiding in Florida and Texas sounds like a great development. It's not like there's enough of them to change the congressional representation in the next census, so it'll be a loss for them, not working class New Yorkers.
Spend money on retaining employees instead of spending $3Billion for people to come to work 5 days a week. You are going to lose people for sure. There is no loyalty in anything anymore. Love what you do but NEVER the company you work for because they can stop loving you instantly on a Tuesday or Friday depending on the company. And they do not care...
