is this in addition to WARN notice? in NY that requires minimum 90 days so will the severance on top of that? otherwise it's not a severance - it's just a WARN notice if your your seniority is 6 years.

yes, and below DIrector the minimum is 4 weeks, maximum 52 weeks. Directors is 16/52, VP is 32/52, and SVP is 52 flat. this is from the severance plan distributed with the september opt in thing.
I don’t know about the rounding down part, but yes two weeks per year worked is their standard severance payment
