8 hrs in-office for exempt

Has anyone heard for sure if exempt (professional and managers) are part of the 8 hour RTO requirement? It’s odd that exempts are not paid for working a specific number of hours, yet they’re requiring it by proxy through this RTO policy. I see that becoming a labor issue.

What's odd are all the exempt people who have decided they are too good to come in to work like normal people since RTO returned years ago. If you dont like being treated like a child focus your ire on those folks, not the people who tried treating them like adults only to have them take a pizz on their leg.

@OP yes, I'm exempt and we were told 2 weeks ago, it was effective immediately. 8 hours in office, 3x a week for everyone
