HR needs to cut heads… redo forms.. Male/Female.. eliminate the other 5 options… tgat has to be worth at least 1 Director

@a7 Director is band 6 now = old Associate Director after title inflation. Sr. Dir is equivalent to old Director title.
VZ salaries have gone way down. Director's used to start at $250K now they are starting $170K-$181K...Across the board all levels are much lower than the late 90's in 2000's.
