Our so-called “leader” just repeats buzzwords while others do the real work. You can practically hear the eye rolls in meetings. How people like that keep getting ahead while those who do the actual work stay stuck is beyond me.

@ec The HP way died 25 years ago after the last internal CEO Lou Platt was replaced with Carly.
Let’s hope Juniper culture and people can take over. HPE is pretty sclerotic. Feels like we’re in the 1950s. We’re nowhere near operating at the pace that we need to be.

@OP It is quite frustrating to see but it appears to be the way at HPE. People have become so complacent about it that it’s a norm. It’s like they’d rather not see qualified people achieve what they haven’t been able to. The whole place from people to process is a mess!
He can be easily replaced by AI
Of course, that's the HPE way. Has been that way for 3 decades. If not, then it would be a leader in growth. I've seen really good and hard-working people RIF'ed while I was able to avoid taking on work.
