With the org chart still being offline & a combo with my boss in my 1:1 where they said "don't be surprised if we see more impacting our department"

@OP oh there is much more coming. Losing way too much money! Not just on MA business or ACA...on Commercial as well.
We made sure that the org chart is still offline for divisions that were not impacted in the prior round, to ensure they cannot access information before the next round begins.
Org chart is not down.
