If you willingly leave HCSC and have unused PTO, will they pay that PTO out with your final check?

That’s the law in IL. They are not doing you a favor.
@da Can confirm. Responses from the email provided are straight out of Idiocracy. It’s as if they’re daring us to take legal action.
We who have been made redundant cannot access this information anywhere. We have asked and begged to be able to see our own files and have been responded to with crickets.
I don’t think it was rude, just pointed out that the info is available in an easy to find place.
But none the less, yes PTO only is payable upon leaving employment. Sick and wellness are not.
