Chainsaw Charlie was the nickname. I don’t think he really had enough time to put his plans into place. He was only here for 27 months and his hands were tied the first 6 months. But in comparison, he is a saint.

He's the worst one yet, dare I say worse than Chopping Charlie (lol I think that was his nickname). The whole company has zero ethics, most of all him.
