IPB is International Personal Banking. The US IPB is officially done.

IPB is already gone, they migrated records to KYC and converted to reg retail/wealth accts. Any layoff would be from USPB or Wealth now

I think, it is International Private Banking.

I would guess, this layoff could be because of the agreement with Blackrock. If Blackrock will be managing Citi client portfolio, then Citi headcount has to go down!
