Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

How much do y'all make? If willing to share? Anonymous so it's ok

Just wondering. Anyone here willing to share how much they make/year? And without specifics,,,what general kind of work you do? IE: programmer? Sales? Tech implementations? Database Admin? Client care? etc

@2zw It isn't illegal, mo--n. Quit your bullsh-t. At most it may be against company policy.

Salary ranges for the same grade will vary by location. Simply stating grade and salary is not an equal comparison unless in the same location

I never understood why talking salary is discouraged. Do people not want to know when there's a huge pay discrepancy or do we trust all corporations to do the right thing.

@sn is this real? That’s an insane amount for a role that doesn’t generate revenue, doesn’t support clients, and doesn’t even really help the product.

it is very hard to get a higher level at Fiserv. try from grade 12 to grade 13, they'll make it impossible , again mundane work, very high expectations and keeping lights on, thats all the senior leadership does at fiserv. no innovation, either in the product or employees.

@OP This is a mute point. Directors and above are well compensated. The rest of the employees are underpaid. We have a bigger problem than compensation.
