If you have any option to get out, do it. The stress and mismanagement here aren’t worth sticking around for.

I guess all other alternative employers are blind to your greatness if you're still sticking around at a place that is so stressful and mismanaged.
Please get out. If this job is stressful for you, you're the problem and won't do much better anywhere else.
