I'll start by relating a bad boss story told by my WF coworker.
During conference calls one boss would regularly berate a worker including actually swearing at him. The worker went to HR who did nothing about the bad boss.
I left WF only to come back a few years later and worked near my old WF coworker. He told me after years and years of that same guy being a bad boss he was finally let go in a RIF.

My bosses here have been decent people by far but can we discuss some of our coworkers who seem to stay here forever despite making people’s lives he-l? How do you get rid of THEM?

India bosses are the absolute worst. They actually think they are the boss, but nobody pays any attention to them. I hope you read this Swamy ?
I've had great bosses for 15 years. Then a reorg happened and my favorite manager was laid off. Oops, mean retired.
Now, the new one is scared of his own shadow.
Other than at start in Acquisitions 2007-2008, had nothing but great managers. Did have a couple a--hole coworkers over the years.
She was canned during the purge, those she promoted were also canned. She was hot that’s about it!

I know some bad product owners who like to think they are my boss.
Can’t say I’ve really had a bad boss other than a few of them being a micromanager, watching every minute of my day. Most of my managers have been decent. There was one year with a re-org happening and I was assigned 4 bosses in less than a year because everyone kept leaving the department.
"I left WF only to co.e back", the battle cry of the whiners on here who claim it's the worst place on earth only to co.e running back at the first chance.
