Hey guys, updating you. So I mentioned previously that I was going to be filming my only fans content from The work restrooms. As such, if you see a ring light and hear things in the handicap stall, MIND UR BUSINESS. Get back To ur cubicle!!!!
@kf and my offer said 401k matching quarterly a decade ago or whenever that was. Now it’s once a year so…
@cc
4 day RTO for CSBB not confirmed or denied, stated TBD in townhall.
Must be business to business. Look at the job postings internally and externally now. They include “we offer flexible work schedule” spells out 3/2 so not sure how realistic the 4 days is. This applies to Technology
Hi corporate risk here and yes we are going to 4 days a week. I am so flustered because I have to move my only fans content creation to the work bathroom now. I can’t keep my customers waiting. Thanks wellls Fargo. I thought you appreciated me back in june
Some corp risk groups got the 4 day rto notice last week
OP is just a troll. Please disregard.
100% are 4 days in office in january
Human Resources; a double insult for they are neither resource, nor humane. F'em all.
Not sure why everyone thinks HR is responsible for RTO in any form or fashion. They literally have nothing to do with it. Didn't decide it was worth doing, didn't implement it, don't track it, etc. Literally the only thing HR has to do with it is having to consult with a manager on what to do when someone isn't meeting the RTO expectations.
CEO MANDATED RTO of 3 days. EACH OC MEMBER DECIDES how much if any, beyond that. This is NOT an HR THING!!!!
I wish Wells would get caught doing something even worse than the sales scandal stuff.
It seems like that's needed to keep the very bored C suite occupied for a while.
This bank needs an e n e m a. And badly.
HR no longer deserves “human” in its name.
Our HR partner has been on to discuss survey results, reviews, etc. So, who knows.
HR came to an EFT town hall not long ago and all they talked about were the tools and integration technologies, so maybe don't worry about it so much? Besides, think of it this way - management doesn't need HR to break bad news to us, they are very capable of delivering it themselves.
If true, bring it.
I do zero now, and will continue to do zero no matter how many HR "updates" are slogged off on us.
