I didn’t want to have to start interviewing again, but the situation left me no choice. The thought of sending out resumes and preparing for interviews feels draining, but staying in a place that doesn’t value your work to this extent is even worse. I'll rather be uncomfortable then staying here longer than I have to.

Depends on what level you are at. Today I would get an AI account. First you must have or get a computer (about 600$ at BestBuy clearance) Go into the AI and prompt "how do I use AI to get a job". One thing I did was to first compose a skills list. What is nice about using AI is that it can generate a custom resume and cover letter when given a job description. more info here https://medium.com/readers-club/gemini-ai-prompts-for-job-seekers-land-your-dream-job-faster-34b48156bdf6
