The new job title for field rep will just be Technician 1 & the former FR leads will be Tech 2.

@yp True, however all the current owners really care about is their dollars invested, not other debt before or since they bought. Once they get theirs plus a healthy pct, they are out. After all, they bought it with an existing debt load, someone else would also. Then sell off chunks, reorganize, and feed.

@ve You're forgetting debt, which is massive after years of incompetence running the show. The bottom line does not includes debt.

I would also argue, besides an Indian company, who in it's right mind would buy an American company, that deals with consumers private data, where all the "work force" is outsourced. I wouldn't!

Q3 and Q4. Job architecture is just a way to level and drop the salary range across the board. For that they first need to exit people and then rehire fewer staff at 2 levels lower or more. Very simple.

How much more adjusting to bottom line $$$ is needed before they take stock public again or sell the company, and when? Answer that and you have answer to layoffs.

No, you're safe!

A title is a way companies engage with workers, most people value a lot more other things (like culture, environment, growth, salary, etc) but for what's left, a title should do!

Probably. In the 4th quarter. I see very obviously there will be more cuts in the call center side since they are doing hiring for our positions in Mexico and Australia.
