Anyone else privy to the new policy that roles can’t be backfilled or hired until you prove why AI can’t do the role? And then you have to go and justify your position to MAV and ME, for them to approve.

Agree -Stack ranking is happening right now. The cull is coming.
@ab layoffs with severance not happening but they are actively weeding out the low performers. Stack racking exercises happened a few weeks ago.
Is this a sign of layoffs if employees dont comply with AI usage?
