@OP Has this happened? Is there another team in PWM leaving? Recruiters are making very attractive offers and another team leaving with provide some comfort that other firms are no longer worried about lawsuits. Has there been any other lawsuits?

@ef Hard to say PWM is overstaffed at the advisor level, but completely agree about the ridiculous layers of management that don’t do anything. Also, so much time spent creating lower salary layers of work with the associate teams and CRT teams to simply do what was being done more efficiently in the past has bloated the org chart and created excess cost.
