The topping on the fcking cake was at the end, his indignant bs about how we have to care about the field techs! I have over 30 years in the company and I fully respect the field guys as they are vital, so is he saying MY department which is a revenue center along with its employees are lowly pieces of subservient schtt??? sure sounded like it. The managers who are EXEMPT and work under me are technically 24x7 they get paid no more or less if I call out of hours. The craft folks through their arrangement get OT and Double OT.. so we now need to cater to them?.. well it was so obvious it was a scripted response, total sham. He responded to a question about RTO that wasn't even asked that was so obvious. so to you all, John Stinky included. you are ALL dishonest lying untrustworth pieces of dog ofal worthy of being scorned publicly.

Mcselfish will always choose wrong..fck him and fck his customer base if he thinks employees arent part of this so called customer base of him. We are the 3rd lowest subscribers, we are behind in 5g behind Tmobile and we dont offer any streaming subscriptions on our phone plans and who the fock cares about active armor??? Its pathetic.

That’s it. I am never joining another Town Hall from anyone other than my direct supervisor team meeting. If they are not in my office collaborating with me, then they obviously aren’t important to my in office agenda.

His RTO answer felt like how the billionaire class wants all of us fighting each other instead of fighting them. "Don't you care about the techs? Then you can't complain about RTO!" Like... no. Our company should care about the dignity, safety, and comfort of ALL of the workers. Everyone should have the resources they need to do their job. For techs that includes safe, clean buildings and vehicles. For managers that includes safe, clean buildings and office space.

As far as him saying we don't have enough money to do both... no, the company CHOOSES to use its money for other things and over many years of neglect you chose this for your employees.

Seriously, don't pit us all against each other. We're all in this together.

Not sure why he seemed so bitter. I put in 10 hour days WFH for years. So many lives have been upended for RTO. A little understanding and flexibility like 6 hours some days or 3-4 days a week instead of 5 would help while we adjust to this completely new way of life.

Thank God I’m a wireless tech. There’s absolutely no way in h*ll I’d work for this company as ANY type of manager. I feel for you people. I really do. I’ve personally experienced how miserable you are here in having to interface with the inside. For me, it’s either MOBILITY tech or another company. I’m not trying to be a wide guy here. I know very well what you’re going through.

The answer in a nutshell - “Shame on YOU for asking about RTO. Blah blah, not everyone could work from home. You aren’t putting in effort unless you are in the office. Being in the office is a privilege. You are on OUR time. Your family should take a backseat to being in the office so we can make decisions faster. We are OBLIGATED to be in the office. We owe it to the techs in the field to line up with THEIR schedule.”
