Here is why I am quitting:
- The sense of purpose is lost, why are we here and what are we trying to accomplish as an org - what, as individual, I can do to contribute? I have no clue why I am here so I am leaving.
- We moved away from remote working (we are shifting employees to three location hubs - we are, because of this, losing good people not in those locations and/or people interested in moving to states outside of those hubs)
- The amount of red tape is getting bigger. And bigger. You are just a number.
- The amount of change the org is undergoing is crazy big - there is no serious effort to manage change - the decisions are made and 'show it up their throats' managment technique is applied daily
- The quality of managment, in every sense, is deteriorating. Things are managed poorly - from people to projects, it's just poor
- Exec leadership rotates often, there is a lot of change there, there is no real ownwerhip
