Bigger isn't always better. AGE was far more efficient than WFA.

Even so, it was bigger than Edward Jones and Raymond James which remained independent of id--t bank overlords.

A lot of good, capable, experienced people in STL that just need some stability and competence in leadership. Sadly it ain’t comin anytime soon and you have the exodus (both planned and unplanned). It will definitely be a less capable business after the “transformation” but who’s even keeping score nowadays.

They need to take a close look at STL dinosaur managers who add nothing and know it! They have run operations into the ground. Never available and take no initiative which is why we lag so far behind the competition. Too many layers of waste
