Bigger isn't always better. AGE was far more efficient than WFA.
Even so, it was bigger than Edward Jones and Raymond James which remained independent of id--t bank overlords.
A lot of good, capable, experienced people in STL that just need some stability and competence in leadership. Sadly it ain’t comin anytime soon and you have the exodus (both planned and unplanned). It will definitely be a less capable business after the “transformation” but who’s even keeping score nowadays.
St Louis folks only have their jobs because Richmond folks didn’t want to move. They’re all former AG Edwards. Small company minded
What happen, they decide to dress some chimps up all smart and intelligent and hand them darts..
10 good employees
They need to take a close look at STL dinosaur managers who add nothing and know it! They have run operations into the ground. Never available and take no initiative which is why we lag so far behind the competition. Too many layers of waste
Is that a big team? Seems pretty specialized in name.
That happens. They must not have been needed too badly.
