Fiserv nurtures the toxic culture perpetuated by the management that enjoys bullying employees knowing that HR will do nothing to help. Nobody cares about the multitude of levels of mental trauma the employees have to go through every day. It doesn't matter. We don't matter. We're all just a number to them.
