Anyone get a “business meeting” invite for tomorrow?

New model starts December 13th? Still waiting for that news to disseminate from our leads! Thanks for the update….and, does that mean the regionalization will be starting then?
Severance is the same as always. 2 weeks per year of service paid. Health insurance will continue through that time. Rif or voluntary layoff got the same thing. Last day is tentative for Jan 3rd with the last 2 weeks not having to actually clock in. Many times that date is earlier. With announcement this week that the new model starts on Dec 13, that will likely be final day worked for those impacted.
Can anyone tell me if there's a severance package and what's in it?
Those of you who were rif’d yesterday, are they having you work for 60 days? Or are you done at this point? God Bless everyone impacted!

And no, it was not “confidential”..it just said “please do not forward”. And only about 30 in meeting but some were managers just there because they had hcm’s being rif’d. And no, I hadn’t opted out
I had a 10am est meeting and was rif’d. I’m on CCM and been here 10

3 pm not being RIF'd...going to Ecom
For those that had 2:00 and 3:00 meeting times were those for RIF? Opting out folks? Or to inform you are not being RIF?
It sounds like HAH was notified today but other areas such as Market will be notified on another day this week.
HAH just got email that all impacted HAH associates and leaders were notified this morning. No indication of more to come. Can’t speak to the regions or other impacted departments.
This sucks….so it’s a rolling RIF? Over the next few days? I’m sorry for those that have been told so far they were impacted.
I have an invite business - Humana Care Support for 3 PM EST. Nervous
Meeting at 3:00 pm included myself and 180 others.
Meeting for 2 pm today
It’s official after 5 years with Humana/HAH as an RN CM CCM, I’ve lived through 2 RIFFs over these years. But today I’m included in this years lay off. I have a mixture of emotions going on, relief, anxiety, sadness, grief and glad the waiting is over. So thankful I will have time off at the first of the year to regroup and take on a new adventure!
Transitions was also impacted today
Small group of only about 25 people today. They have to be coming back around for more. Hope I’m wrong but I doubt it
No Ecom was there for sure today
Today’s group included social workers in the HAH program, so I am not sure the accuracy of it being only inbound, triage and pilots
Todays meeting was the first of several over the next few days. Not all departments were in this one as they are doing it in sections. Markets, Ecom , ccm and transitions were not part of todays meeting. That notification meeting is still to be announced. Todays group was triage, pilots and inbound only I believe
They have said SNP wouldn’t be impacted, it seems it will be market and hccp?
I also heard RIF meeting was a small group. I wonder if more RIF meetings are coming this week?
Can anyone confirm that today’s meeting was for those being impacted/RIF and if so any estimation of how many associates and which areas of the business (hccp, SNP, market, etc)?
I’m glad those that opted out will get to leave early. Lots of people took this path. Good luck to those that want to stay and get picked to stay.
The meeting invite for today is for those that will be riffed not for the ones that opted out they had their meeting this week already.
Small group of HCMs?
It was a RIF meeting, but a small group. Likely more to come before the end of the month as they see how things shake out. Sympathies to all who lost their jobs today.

My meeting is 10 to 1030 Eastern standard time. That does not sound long enough to do a RIF meeting

The RIF meeting will be confidential, will all managers and HR there. After that meeting, by a few hours or a day, there will be another meeting saying the RIF happened.
Those of you who are getting the meeting invite have you opted out?
Email I got about a meeting just said business invite- do not forward. Not sure if it's good news or bad
Or the meeting tomorrow is just another meeting similar to today for those who opted out.
So the meeting tomorrow is not confidential and must be letting people know they are moving on.
One tell tale sign that the meeting is for RIF is it will be “confidential.”
What time is the meeting? I also wonder if they are going to need more than one day to let groups of people know they are being let go. I hope we don’t have to go through this all week long
