Anyone get a “business meeting” invite for tomorrow?

More meeting invites went out tonight to some for another meeting tomorrow morning. We aren’t sure if it is to tell those people they are staying or they are going.

The RIF is still coming then, unless they got all the numbers needed by those opting out
They just gave us information about severance and how pto and medical work during that time. We got out layoff letters last week.
Opted out folks had meeting today and last day December 20
What did they say and the meeting with people who opted out?
I’m a CM in HAH and did not get an invite. Since it’s not a confidential meeting maybe they are going to tell these people that they are safe and moving forward. When they do a RIF it’s a confidential invite and HR is present. At least that’s how they have done that in the past.
Yes makes sense since the ones that opted out also met today.

Many managers across HAH were in one today from 3-3:30 titled “Business Update - Do Not Forward.”
