Two things stood out:

  1. The whole speak up thing. When you do, you are told you are negative. Always has been the case.
  1. Lester mentioned the use of vendors for their contact center. Yeah, that will improve the customer experience. It has already been proven with software in these areas how useless vendors are.

Amazing these people are called leaders when they have no idea how it all really works.
