Two things stood out:
- The whole speak up thing. When you do, you are told you are negative. Always has been the case.
- Lester mentioned the use of vendors for their contact center. Yeah, that will improve the customer experience. It has already been proven with software in these areas how useless vendors are.
Amazing these people are called leaders when they have no idea how it all really works.
What impact will automation have on diversity....?
For such an important function(s) it's a shame that group, on its best days, halfa$$es everything. Not as bad as Risk but pretty close.
We are trying to automate as many operations jobs as possible.
Lester can do whatever he wants include making people quit and cry.
Diversity trumps consistency and fairness.
Lester can work from Cancun if he wants as long as he shows up in a video hugging people onsite during COVID RTO
Philadelphia is a HUB in PA
So why is the new Operations hire in PA?
The entirety of WF is doing the location strategy.
Did that newly hired leader say he's in PA? Is there a hub in PA? Is Operations even moving to a location strategy?
