Simple question: Can a manager fire an employee here...?
Or is there some lengthy "process" that has to be followed?
What exactly happens...?
Reason I'm asking is because there is some friction with my manager. We've had a number of good people quit. For my next employee review, I'm going to submit a written review of HIM instead. It's going to be critical of his performance, and he is going to absolutely explode.
I'm at the end of my career and when I leave WF I'm going to retire (one way or another, within 18 months) so I don't care what happens to me. I've already written off any possibility of getting another bonus during my remaining time, so I really don't have anything to lose at this point by being honest (other than an easy paycheck for another year of so).
