Latest and greatest brain tu-d coming from our excellent leadership is to simply have those who remain cover pretty much every part of the software all at once. Of course no training has been provided to support this expansion of expertises. Also being forced onto weekend pager shifts. Heading into my shift here in an hour and already know it's going to be a total $hitshow as I can see a couple priority 1 24x7 tickets festering that I have zero knowledge in. Good times. Loving this customer first focus of late.
