So glad we can feel good about all this DE&I garbage to satisfy political needs. Force the quotas in hiring and layoffs by groups to balance. Create all kinds of special Team Member Clubs to ensure there is a group for everyone. Make sure everyone who remains feels valued and included. But when it comes to VAX or not VAX. With that we can separate you and single you out however we feel. Apparently it's ok to divide and offend, as long as it is the right group at the right time to jump on a bandwagon political agenda.

The controllers/elites know that divided people can’t mount an opposition. Liberals, conservatives, vaccinated, unvaccinated, black, white, etc…it’s all done on purpose to keep us fighting each other.

OP, I know what you are trying to say. I think it is noble but we are going back to a polarized fear driven work enviironment with fringe social narratives driving average people to corners with a layoff pending and I dont know how you get through that when people are so self focused.
The company has purposefully seperated its people from each other in the name of uniting them and I dont think that can be repaired until they start letting us figure out how to relate to each other on our own.
Our society had made so much progress since its inception and now we are going back to segregation, only this time it isnt just skin color.
Agree completely! Most of us want to do good work, be a good partner, and manage our personal lives in a modern, thoughtful way.
