OP, can you clarify the post? Did the manager possibly elude you in the interview by jumping out of an open window or exiting quickly through a side door? Or did he possibly allude to the fact that there were many applicants with grammatically correct resumés?
I personally would advise you to have your resumé redone to be grammatically sound and then continuing to apply. There will always be many applicants and you don’t do yourself a favor without a grammatically sound resumé
What are my chances? Is interviewing outside the company just all “for show” or will I still have a good chance versus internal candidate?
Why even open up to public if they seem to have their mind made up?
