"I don't know why we feel the way we feel and we are exploring what we have to do to change these feelings". this is so laughable I don't know if he is just hiding behind a rock or he has his head in the sand.
75% of the surveyed peeps are saying they are seriously considering leaving Wells Fargo, we are down in percentages for recommending Wells Fargo to others as well as confidence that Wells Fargo will deliver in career objectives.
what an honest opinion Saul? This is why you and Wells Fargo are both losing confidence:
*Constant unknown when and who will be displaced next and lose our livelihood.
*No direct understanding of who will be chopped, dedicated your life to Wells Fargo? they don't care, the hardest worker on the team? Chopped!
*Constant messages of we are only wanting new hires in growth areas or require new talent to relocate to these growth areas. Relocation isn't working, listen in - even if I was in office and my team was in office at another "growth" location I am still remote from my team! I can do the same if not better work if I were remote from home then if I were remote in office from my team.
*Constant messages that agile doesn't work in remote environment. Shocker it has been an many teams outside and inside of Wells Fargo right now. Agile doesn't mean we just get the same things done faster... senior management should take an Agile course to understand Agile is mostly for protection of the team to focus on certain tasks without being pulled into management fire drills and lose traction on what matters most.
