I call B.S. Want to revise your post?
If you were making 100K, are you now making $1.5 million per annum? If you were making roughly $75K, which would seem to be tops based upon your writing, that would have been $1.125 million per annum. There is absolutely no way that for that kind of raise. To make anywhere near the ca$h you claim you would have to be at a level where you were politically savvy enough to play the game.
I think that you were minimum wage items processing, probably minimum scale overpaid in San Fran $30K. Even then 15 times is $450,000. Your post is more ludicrous than the obvious math. It is so nonsensical.
“I was laid off from another company. It hurt like hell. I eventually landed in another company making 15 times as much as the company that laid me off. It was a big mistake. The environment was toxic, the managers were bullies. I was always being threatened at losing my job. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. Couldn't go back to my last company because my position was gone.
I ended up here. Yes, I took a huge cut in salary but my mind is at ease now and I am happier. “
