“Overpaid Executive Tax” in SF hits firms that pay CEOs 100X more than workers.
For purposes of the tax, compensation includes wages, salaries, commissions, bonuses, and property including stock options, as well as "compensation for services to owners of pass-through entities, and any other form of remuneration paid to employees for services."
We all know he’s in NY and so are all his friendsies. So, just seems logical to me we call it quits with SF between this and property rates.
