Year-End CP&D due on 10/1

Just got an email that managers are to begin entering in data on CP&D on 10/1! Just finished mid-year in July. Guess I can forecast my performance...

Nice of mgrs to tell us know our Q4 MBOs must be complete by October. A tactic to rate employees lower since if completed in time? SMH

Yeah, when the spans and layers axe falls, you don't think any of the remaining upper managers will do the grunt work to do year end evaluations? I suspect as soon as those evaluations are done is when you will see the lower level managers shown the door.

I’m a manager and have to have my ratings of my team to my manager by Friday. Not into CP&D yet though.

WF is ridiculous

So we get our goals in March, get a mid year in July, end of year in Oct

How is any of this an accurate gauge of performance or an effective use of goal setting?
