If I were in charge, I would start thinning the bargained for herd by asking them to compose a complete complex sentence, using proper grammar and punctuation.
OP doesn't stand a chance.
OP, your grammar and punctuation is rough. Trying to read that gave me a headache.
How is the verbiage weak? It says, they will go by inverse seniority! At least in the south east. Seniority s—s until you have some!
“Company shall notify the Union(in writing, prior to notifying the affected employees) of the number of surplus employees in each such group. Layoffs in each such group shall occur in inverse order of seniority”
Doesn’t seem like weak verbiage
The truth is......in the south East. It’s by seniority period. I get some at the top are lazy etc......but that’s just what it is....if you don’t like it start looking now for something else
About time to be honest ! I have seen multitudes of higer señorito people SLACK because they feel they had a cushion of lower seniority people under them ... so no initiative to pull their load!!!
If you s— at your job before a surplus happen they are going to fire you. KEEP ON THINKING SENIORITY RULES.
Nope...ain't gonna happen.
Last in, first out.
