Wire techs now is inverse seniority but verbiage is very weak IN CONTRACT DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THEY START AT THE BOTTOM BUT STILL KEEP THE ONES WITH LESS SENIORITY BUT IS MAKING # AND THE ONES WITH HIGHER SENIORITY THAT'S NOT MAKING # SURPLUS THEM.

If I were in charge, I would start thinning the bargained for herd by asking them to compose a complete complex sentence, using proper grammar and punctuation.

How is the verbiage weak? It says, they will go by inverse seniority! At least in the south east. Seniority s—s until you have some!

The truth is......in the south East. It’s by seniority period. I get some at the top are lazy etc......but that’s just what it is....if you don’t like it start looking now for something else

About time to be honest ! I have seen multitudes of higer señorito people SLACK because they feel they had a cushion of lower seniority people under them ... so no initiative to pull their load!!!
