Was it meant to tell us to be grateful and not go postal when tons of layoffs happen soon? (Moldafsky kept referring to big changes coming. Like we don't already know that now that Scharf has arrived.)
It was an oddly tied together collection of presentations with little setup or context and and a fizzle for a wrap up (like the company itself). Moldafsky MUST go. An entire day away from work for something that does little to address our massive pain points and leaves us scratching our heads. This is your brilliant plan Moldafsky?
Have empathy and compassion for customers (based on data, of course, NOT because it's the right thing to do) when our own company and management have none for us? Start with treating employees better. Otherwise, you have nothing.
This company is a block of ice. No heart and frozen...incapable of real, honest change.
