How many of you are running out of patience? The FBO announcement was made 9/11. The leadership knows what's going on. Why don't they share the news so people can get on with their lives?? This is so cruel and inhumane!!

heard meeting notices go out today 10/31 for a call 11/1, letters will be sent right after call.
They’ll let us know as soon as they don’t know.
This delay shows both the lack of compassion by AT&T and lack of leadership by Weaky Weaklend and her lackey AVPs. It is obvious Accenture has underestimated the complexity and automated functions in place. When Accentures service declines all technical resources will be gone, customer experience will be hit and customer churn will spike up and AT&T loses more revenue. This lack of leadership in failing to reduce number of billers, paper cost and outdated landline practices caused this decision to offshore and these same failed leaders are directing it and keeping their old BrllHead buddies as employees! MORE FAILURE TO FOLLOW FROM THESE INCOMPETENT LEADERS

One thing is for sure, AT&T has a miriad of financial and billing tools... many of which interface or connect with each other. FBO has been trying to consolidate biller systems for decades. No matter how big Accenture's magic wand may be, it will be a huge challenge to fix the volume of processes that have so many co-dependencies - - especially as a lot of those intricate details require experience working in the environment.
I was told on Friday that FBO AVPs already know which surplus wave they are in. I don't know if that includes people in their org. I also heard that the initial Accenture meetings have been quite surprising to the vendor. It sounds like they expected to find a lot of manual processes which could be automated easily, and weren't happy to find out that research and decision-making were needed as many billing issues are one-offs. I'm doubtful that this will expand the pool of retained employees. It might mean a more expensive contract.
It's painful. The way this has been managed is shocking! People are checking this site for updates as there is jack all coming from leadership. This whole process has caused much anxiety.
If you're unsettled as 11CdciGF appears to be then maybe a layoff would actually relieve the stress in your life.
They are waiting on all the butttt kissing, back stabbing and blackmailing to stop to see who has what on who, which will determine who stays and goes.
I heard they might hear today
Don’t quit, collect your paycheck as usual. No worries,
You don’t need to know. Do your job until you get the tap on the shoulder.
Ridiculous on the lack of communication. Every other org finds out learns their fate in a week or two. FBO warns everyone takes months to let anyone know anything.
