It is becoming more and more apparent that the work group most in need of actual education on AT&T process and roles is 3rd level and above.
The collaborative collegiate circle jerk is not helping this company. The LDP/ TDP programs have brought us incompetent college grads who have no work experience, but they do come with an overinflated sense of self worth.
Your BS in BS has only educated you in worthless buzzwords. Non-management, 1st and 2nd level spend the majority of their days educating the college elite and reworking the “amazing “ ideas that you have no idea how to accomplish.
The reason leadership can’t lead is because that have no concept of how work actually gets done around here. Leadership spends more time being condescending than learning what’s needed to be successful.
Maybe some actual ride days would help. Not the the PR stunts from the past.
Classic example is when Robertson stated the “new reorg would reduce truck roles by being able to send one tech.”
You are the President of Field Operations and you have no idea that TFS and IEFS have two separate roles contractually. Once the reorg happens prem techs will still be prem techs and core will still be core.
