Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

How transparent do you think Wells Fargo management really is?

After everything that has happened, do you think anything has actually changed in the past several years? Is there now more transparency in how things are being done or is it still just more of the same?

Personally, I have seen no improvements. But I'd like for somebody to (try to) prove me wrong.

Seems we have some Wells PR folks going around downgrading perfectly legit comments.

Dear Wells PR folks, I hope you don't get caught, because if you do, the company will blame you, fire you, blackball you from banking, and then head to the country club for G&T's by the pool.

I agree. From everything me and my colleagues have seen, the leopard has not changed its spots. Even if WF wanted to change – which it clearly doesn't, given all its excuses and lack of full accountability – I'm not even sure it can.

So many of us had been fooled for so long. It's a modern day tragedy of epic proportions (a la Enron).

It's a dirty company, with dirty players at all key levels.

Dejected and demoralized doesn't even begin to describe how team members are feeling. Staying motivated like before is challenging – why work so hard for a company that is corrupt and doesn't care about its employees, much less its customers?

For years Wells stole from hundreds of thousands of customers and hundreds of employees.

That kind of crime spree requires a large organization, complicit and active participation, from hundreds, maybe thousands of people.

Besides John Stumpf, how many upper management folks are gone?

Wells is a criminal organization and criminal organizations cover for each other, they are not transparent
